Eligibility for Refund:

You may request a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@tane77.com Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This will ensure we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will process the new item.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free delivery on all orders over $99.77 in the United States.
A shipping flat rate of $8.77 will be charged on all orders under $99.77.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that during peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your package. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tane77.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it further. If your order is, or has arrived, delayed due to the shipping carrier we cannot refund shipping costs as
fulfilled the desired delivery method. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the entire shipping process and cannot be with your order every step of the way – with that, if there is a delay, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please check the shipping options during the checkout process. Shipping costs outside the US are determined based on location. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Adventure Never Ends LLC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations or customs policies.
